Choose an existing discount from your Square dashboard.
Map Categories
Choose one or more categories from your existing Square categories to attach the discount to. A discount can be mapped to one or more categories.
Automated Sync
As you add or remove items from the mapped categories in Square, the discount is automatically applied or removed for those items - no manual work required.

Q: Why do you need write access to my Square account catalog?
A: We require write access to your catalog to automatically manage product sets and pricing rules when you update your categories, ensuring your discounts stay synchronized.
Q: Does this apply online and in-store?
A: Yes! Once configured, the discounts apply automatically across your Square ecosystems.
Q: What happens when I add a new item to my Square category?
A: The app instantly detects the new item and applies the category discount to it. You don't need to manually update the discount's item list.
Q: Can I combine discounts?
A: This depends on your Square settings. By default, Square will apply the discount rules you have configured in your main dashboard.
Q: What happens if I delete a category?
A: The items in that deleted category will no longer receive the discount. The discount itself remains active for any other categories you have mapped it to.
Q: Are there any usage limits?
A: Currently, your usage is completely unlimited! To evaluate fair use, we track whether you process up to 1,000 automated items a month, but this guideline is purely informational and is not enforced. There are no automatic overage charges or hidden fees.
